I have been in the customer service business for the last 23 years. My experience includes, retailing in the beauty industry, managing a hotel floral shop, owning a floral and gift retail store, working in the destination services business, writing a non-profit newsletter, owning a franchise networking group, teaching, volunteer and charity work, and owning a catering business.
I have a passion for customer service and going the extra mile for my clients’ satisfaction. I enjoy talking with people and finding out what their needs and passions are.
I am also a wife and mother of 3. With that said, I understand when people say they are too busy and are struggling in areas of their life, and also believe that if your dreams and desires are strong enough, they give you the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve your goals. A study conducted on students in a 1979 Harvard MBA program stated that 84% did not have specific goals, 13% had goals but were not written down and only 3% had their goals and plans written down. 10 years later they found the average of the 13% were making twice as much as the 84% and the 3% were making 10 times more that the rest.
Whether you like “The Secret” or believe in “The Law of Attraction”… Napoleon Hill said, in his book Think and Grow Rich… “whatever the mind of men can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” And I am proof of that.
I am currently working on my Internet business which spans into several countries, to train others how to stop working to make someone else’s dreams come true and start working for themselves to create their own. I also enjoy baking in my spare time and am working on getting my degree in Culinary Arts. I am also a board member of ABWA Trendsetter chapter.
